Atlanta Business Attorney - Commercial Litigation Lawyers

Dozier Law Group represents clients in the area of business and commercial disputes. While companies and entrepreneurs like to think that those with whom they do business will act honorably and in good faith, that simply isn’t always the case. Our clients trust and rely on us to protect their interests and aggressively advocate for them when others refuse to honor the terms of a contract, when there is a dispute as the parties’ rights and obligations, or when they’ve been the victim of deliberate fraud.

Managing Principal Brad Dozier has represented companies in a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, insurance, retail, automotive, manufacturing, health care, telecommunications and information technology. Mr. Dozier has represented such companies as AT&T, Wachovia, NationsBank, Bank of America, Citizens Trust Bank, Publix Supermarkets, AIG, Crawford & Company, Chicago Title Company, Hendrick Automotive Group, Performance Automotive Group, Standard Brands, Beaulieu of America, and Fulton-Dekalb Hospital Authority.

Dozier Law Group represents companies and individuals in all types of business disputes. We pride ourselves on results-oriented representation. We understand that our clients are hiring us to resolve a problem, not compound one. We are known for delivering exceptional results in all types of business cases, including:

Unpaid Sales Commissions
Dozier Law Group represents commissioned sales representatives who have been improperly denied commissions rightfully earned under the terms of their pay plan. A sales representative has the burden of establishing the terms of the commission agreement, that commissions were earned and in what amount, and that the commissions were improperly withheld or denied. Under the law, commissioned sales representatives may be entitled to receive their unpaid commissions, an additional sum equaling the total of the unpaid commissions for punitive damages, and their attorney’s fees.
